The CHCSS00082 Lead and Mentor Skill Set provides community services and health sector workers with the key dimensions of leadership and mentoring skills. The is ideal for team leaders or individuals seeking to move into management roles. It provides knowledge and skills in three key areas of leading work teams, mentoring in a workplace context, and reflective practice in a professional context. This skill set is constructed for people who hold a Certificate III (or equivalent validated training), and develops key skills in coordination and development of staff and continual enhanced practice. Additional Requirements

Student must be an existing worker and be a current or emerging leader in the Community Services and Health industry. Students must already hold a Certificate III or higher level qualification in the Community Services and Health industry.
