The CHCSS00084 Lead and Support Colleagues Skill Set provides current or aspiring team leaders and managers in the community services and health sectors the opportunity to cultivate useful skills for effective leadership and colleague support. This skill set focuses on coordinating work teams, facilitating debriefing and support processes at the workplace and/or reflecting on and improving professional practice. This skill set is intended for people with a Certificate III or higher (or equivalent skills verified through RPL) as it will extend your ability to enhance wellbeing and resilience in high-stress environments. CHCSS00084 will lead to Statement of Attainment and credits toward higher level CHC Community Services qualifications. This fee can be paid by an employer, a family member, a friend, or another organisation or a third party unrelated to the RTO but cannot be paid or waived by the RTO (whether directly or indirectly), unless approved in writing by the Department.
