DESCRIPTION

The CHCSS00124 Disability Work – Behaviour Support Skill Set offers professionals to provide specialised support to individuals with disability who require positive behaviour support. The behaviour support Skill Set includes undertaking an individual assessment by gaining an understanding of the person, their strengths and preferences, creating and implementing person-centred behaviour support plans and positive strategies and approaches that are strengths-based and respectful.
